Allowed unlicensed employees to inoculate animals with rabies and other vaccines, knowing there was no licensed veterinarian on the premises; failed to store vaccines at the recommended temperatures of 45 to 55 degrees Fahrenheit at her clinics in Irving and Watauga; failed to properly sterilize surgical instruments; allowed an unlicensed individual to perform about 100 cat castrations; deceived clients by telling them their animals had been tested for heartworms and other worms when they had not; habitually drank beer while performing surgeries and occasionally became so intoxicated she could not complete the surgery; allowed unlicensed employees to stamp her name on rabies vaccination certificates; treated humans with injections of prescription drugs and vitamin B-12, dispensed prescription drugs to employee for use on employee’s child.
