castrations; deceived clients by telling them their animals had been
tested for heartworms and other worms when they had not; habitually
drank beer while performing surgeries and occasionally became so
intoxicated she could not complete the surgery; allowed unlicensed
employees to stamp her name on rabies vaccination certificates; treated
humans with injections of prescription drugs and vitamin B-12,
dispensed prescription drugs to employee for use on
employee’s
