Failed to provide medical records after board requests, and TBVME investigator finally went by facility to obtain them. Erwin, Ricky C. 3251 Lady Lake 1992-20 06/11/1993 12 12 Felony Comviction Convicted in Circuit Court, in and for Marion County, Florida, of arson of an occupied structure; attempted arson of an unoccupied structure; arson of an unoccupied structure; criminal conspiracy to commit arson; criminal solicitation to commit arson, all first degree felonies. The structure which was burned down was a stable with attached living quarters. Twelve thoroughbred horses were also destroyed in the fire.
